- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day by logging into our Web Store. Our store and phone lines are closed between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, so any calls received during these times will be routed to answering machines and messages are checked the following morning.
- If you prefer, orders may be FAXED to us 24 hours a day. A customer service representative will call to confirm your order. If you do not receive a confirmation call, please call us to verify that we received your FAX.
- When leaving an order on the answering machine please provide as much information as possible so that we may complete your order promptly.

Ordering Requirements
- When ordering Vinyl or Paint, please provide the brand, type, color, size, and quantity.
- When ordering Backgrounds Materials (Substrates), please provide material size, thickness, color, and cuts if needed.
- When ordering Product Sign Supplies MDO, please provide the face (single face or double face), thickness, finish (enamel/prime or enamel/enamel), and cuts if needed.
If you forget to place your order ahead of time, please call and leave a message no later than 6:30 AM on your delivery day(s) to order boards or full sheets of material. For other items, please call no later than 7:30 AM. We will do our best to get your material added to the appropriate route. Please try to avoid last minute ordering as it may delay the entire delivery schedule. |
