Placing Orders During Store Hours
- Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM orders may be placed by phone with a live person.
Placing Orders After Store Hours
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day by logging into our Web Store. Our store and phone lines are closed between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, so any calls received during these times will be routed to voice mail and messages are checked the following morning.
- If you prefer, orders may be FAXED to us 24 hours a day. A customer service representative will call to confirm your order. If you do not receive a confirmation call, please call us to verify that we received your FAX.
When leaving a voice-mail order please provide as much information as possible, so that we may complete your order promptly and correctly.

Ordering Requirements
- When ordering Vinyl or Paint, please provide the brand, type, color, size, and quantity.
- When ordering Backgrounds Materials (boards, aluminum and other substrates), please provide material description, size, thickness, color, and cuts if needed.
- When ordering Product Sign Supplies MDO, please provide the face (single face or double face), thickness, finish (enamel/prime or enamel/enamel), and cuts if needed.
If you forget to place your order ahead of time, please leave a web order, fax or call, leaving a voice message, no later than the times indicated below. You can see your branch availability by logging in at www.ProductSignSupplies.com.
- SAN JOSE deadline for same-day delivery: 6:30 AM for same-day delivery, on your delivery day, for board cuts or full sheets of material. 7:30 AM all other items. We will do our best to get your material added to the appropriate route. Please try to avoid last minute ordering as it may delay the entire delivery schedule.
- SACRAMENTO deadline for same-day delivery: 6:30 AM for same-day delivery, on your delivery day for all products. Sorry, no board cuts on the day of delivery.

PSS Truck Delivery 
Product Sign Supplies offers daily truck delivery service at no charge to customers inside our delivery areas. Route Schedules may change based on the needs of our customers.
Please keep in mind that any order requiring special handling, cutting, etc. requires more time to process. We appreciate any additional lead-time you can afford to keep our delivery service running smoothly.
- Minimum Truck Delivery Orders:
In an attempt to curb higher prices, we try to be as cost effective as possible, therefore, we ask for a minimum of $75.00 for all orders.
- Delivery Schedules:
We have revised our delivery truck routes. Please make note of the day(s) the truck will be in your area so you remember to place your order prior to the preceding day(s). To download a route schedule Click Here.
